Well I didn't have the 3 mill, or the money to start up with so unless you can relocate with my empties money, I'm gonna say no on the relocation$

I got a very nice package from the listing entity and have friends who share the dream. The problem is real lodging. The only option we could find was to turn the entire mountain into a terrain park to make things work... just too risky..... :(
