The season is getting close and we're excited. We've rotated the start shack so that there is one lane on either side of the building instead of both on the right. We'll have the RFID cards set up for both lanes. We actually got three inches of snow a few days ago but it didn't last.

Anticipated opening date is Monday 12/26. We have a LOT of snow.

I'll be doing double duty this year. NASTAR Fri-Sun and teaching snowboarding and skiing Wed-Thu.

Ummmmm, Mr.Moore? How do we navigate that obstacle on the race course? Do we stop, take off our skis, step over, and then proceed?

All is well. We had 88 racers on the course today in a four hour stretch. A lot of them are practicing for the Eastern Championships Jan 27-28. We're anticipating a good turnout.

Any guesses as to when NASTAR will open at Okemo?

I’ve been on the road for the better part of a month and won’t get back to Okemo until December 4. I’ll have a better idea of our anticipated opening day then. I can’t wait to get back on snow!
