    "Loopy for Ligety" ?

You might want to watch our NASTAR pacesetter, Ted Ligety this Sunday January 13th at 3:30 ET on NBC. The show will follow Ted in the lead up to the Alta Badia race.

    Here's a teaser:

Record the show if you are out skiing.

I watch the show today. They showed Ted's 36 hours leading up to the Alta Badia GS race, dubbed the the Super Bowl of GS. As we all know, Ted won by 2.04 seconds, smashing the largest margin of victory in this race of 1.36 seconds.

    He's truly "Mr. GS".

It was a good treatment of a glimpse of his life on the World Cup "circus." He handles the European fans' adulation very well. You can tell he is genuine and a good person. He is a very fine ambassador for NASTAR when he assumes that role, and we are lucky to have him in our corner.

Amen to that! I got to meet Ted last March in Winter Park. He was kind to all, generous with his time, even when he was trying to get past the crowds, onto the lifts and into the starting gate to take his runs. He's a great Ambassador for NASTAR.
