Thanks. I may be going with 2-3 friends. Would be good to have a handle on total cost though. I asked via the NASTAR Facebook page but got no response. Clark

I'm told the clinic runs $80. Lift tickets are not included but unlimited runs on the race course are.

Haven't been to Okemo in years, what's a lift ticket cost? Any discount if we're there for the race?

a few questions from a first time Open participant:
    1. When/where do we get the discounted lift tickets? Do they need to be purchased in advance or just at the ticket booth?
    2. Do you have to sign up for the clinic to run the course on Friday or can I just pay the NASTAR daily fee and do my own practice runs?
    3. I am trying to figure out how much waiting around is involved in the racing. Is there a strict starting order e.g. by bib number or do they give rough times for each age group and then it is first come, first serve within each age group?

There will be a designated area to purchase tickets for the event.

On that Friday we plan to set dual courses. We'll likely have one course for daily racers and one for participants in the clinic. When I spoke with AJ on Friday he confirmed that he will be cycling through the groups offering advice.

The schedule of events can be found here.

Lift Ticket Prices (for Friday – Sunday)

    Daily Fees:
    $55 Adult (19-64)
    $45Young adult (13-18) Seniors(65-69)
    $35 Juniors(7-12) Super Seniors (70+)

    3-day package
    $145 Adult(19-64)
    $124Young adult (13-18) Seniors (65-69)
    $99 Juniors (7-12) Super Seniors (70+)

All Participants and Guests six (6) years of age and under shall receive a complimentary lift ticket for use during the Event.

Participants shall be eligible to purchase tickets for family members during the event at the discounted rate.
Credentials will get you on the lift at 8:00 AM each day, Friday – Sunday.

Pat, it is too bad they couldn't offer just an A/B Quad ticket for access to the NASTAR arena for participants. The $55 a day is quite a bit cheaper than a full price ticket but we did pay $59 each to NASTAR as well. I think Wachusett offered em for ten bucks to participants last year. I know stop complaining... but my entourage is 5 deep. Plus my weekday season pass in not valid either. Bill

I noticed yesterday that there was a Live Timing link at the Okemo race results page that showed by name and age who has registered. The link is not there today; will it be back?
