    Greek Peak

Is there a list of who has registered for the OPEN?
I remember last year seeing a list before we went to Windham.

I don't recall seeing pre-registered lists for the Opens in the past but my memory is suspect. I'll be at Greek Peak. Who else is coming?

I was thinking about it Pat, but I have a meeting on Monday, Jan 10th that I have to attend and there is no way to get back to Denver Sunday night, unless I can use A.J.'s private jet? winking0015.gif

    Have fun, ski fast.

Sue & I will be staying at the Hope Lake Lodge at the base of the mountain. Look us up when you get there.

It's not necessarily true that if you build it they will come. I had serious concerns with the venue selection this year, but am trying to be supportive of the event. I think we'd have a much better turn out if this were hosted somewhere in New England. Vermont or New Hampshire maybe?

I don't have any issues with the venue. Anywhere in Southern NY/Northern PA is centrally located to the (skiing) east coast. I have other reasons for not going. As much as I love Vermont, the further I have to drive, the more attractive the event would need to be. If I'm going to drive 10 hours, it would need to be much bigger. For a 5-6 hour drive, a two day event like the first two days of Nationals is quite sufficient.

Hope everyone that goes has a blast. I had a great time (other than my ski issues) and Bill put on a great race. Hope there are a bunch of late entries.
