    Chair Lifts Anyone???

Here's an odd request for you. I'm doing my yard in Early Alpine...
looking for a couple of old lift chairs for my gardens. Does anyone have
any idea where to find a few for sale??? :?:

    What a great idea!!

    Hey Ron:

No clue at this moment, but I will surely keep my eyes open!!

I'm heading to Colorado in the next 2 weeks to watch my daughter play fast-pitch softball! I'lll poke around. I have several folks in mind who can possibly steer me to a "source"?

Hoping all is well on your end.

    Good luck!

Best of luck to your daughter. Tourney play or league? I have a 10 yr.
old in her 1st yr of fast pitch. She's startin' to get the hang of it, but it took
    her a while to adjust.

They are a USSSA scanctioned "B" Competitive (16U) team. They do play a league schedule, but they are primarily a Tournament team. She just turned 15 on May 2nd, but insists on playing up with her friends. She could be playing in 14U, but wants more competitive play! 8)

They are travelling quite a bit this year. She plays Shortstop and was the only Freshman to make the Varsity High School team this season and she started!! She a great kid!

She's a pretty decent ski racer too! She qualified for Nationals 2 years ago, but did not race this past season as Dad moved to AZ and she still lives in CO with her Mom. She was a Basketball junkie this past winter.....

    Chairlifts for sale

Funny you should ask Ron but I heard this weekend about chairlifts for sale. Mt. Southington in Southington, CT supposedly is selling seats from an old Triple Chairlift for $99. Penny and I are talking about getting one but not sure where to put it. The condo rules won't permit putting it outside and we already have a hanging chair in our Okemo place. Maybe we'll pick one up and hang it in the garage until we retire in Durango or Bozeman....

    How do I contact them????

    Hey Pat,
Two things... 1. how do I get in touch with Mt. Southington?

    2. Okemo?? Jan 2-7, 2005. We rent an old farm hs.every year. Happy to
rendezvous and do some gates and film some runs. Video review is in-
    valuable for technique!

    Chair lifts at Mt. Southington

I just tried to call them but no one is in yet. According to their web site, they have quite a few left (see below). I'll probably buy one if I can figure out how to get it home!

We'll likely be at Okemo for New Years weekend. I'd love to run gates with you on the NASTAR course. I have a pretty good digital camcorder.

A little bit of history makes a great swing.
We're replacing the original wood/steel chair seats from our Triple lift. 75 of them are still available priced at $99.00 +tax each. They work great on your porch, deck or under a shade tree.
