Not sure if you all have heard, but Telluride Ski Resort has been practicing questionable employment/hiring/firing procedures.

If you are thinking of working for this company, BEWARE.

In fact, upper management has been suspected of pawning found (ie lost by a guest) diamonds. (E??)

You registered for this site, and used your first post to trash Telluride? And then provided ZERO documentation or evidence? I'm not sure your "warning" is going to carry much weight......

And I can pretty much guarantee that no one is going to boycott the resort based on your post

Got anything positive or useful to contribute?

(btw, welcome to the Nastar forum!)

Actually, I've posted several times but my former user name wouldn't allow me to post, for whatever reason, so I had to create a new user ID.

As a local and employee of the mountain, I do not say these things lightly. The outside looks great to visitors what with the expansions, new lifts, etc. but the guts are rotting away and will hopefully deteriorate at a rate that guests will notice and DO something about it.

And if you had read the full post, you would see that I was primarily warning against WORKING for the company.

I wonder why your old post name wouldn't work. You didn't RUSH into this post, did you?
